Bottled on January 16, 2012 our 2011 Rosé Cuvée Tradition is now ready to be tasted. The freezing weather of recent days is not suitable for barbecues and other snacks around the pool. This is an opportunity to discover that our Rosé wine can be consumed throughout the year.
Château Beauregard Mirouze Tradition Rosé 2011, tasted with Karine and Chantal 2012/02/06.
Very delicate light pink color. Nose of white peach, fresh pear, which opens with floral flavors. Mouth is first intense of raspberry. Than it goes on wild strawberry which emphasizes freshness with its little sour taste. Finally it ends on white pepper and cardamom as a final touch.
