Organic farming vineyard is a very efficient way to produce wines which express completely our terroir. Our culture respects the rhythm of plants, the organic fertilization is managed without chemical fertilizer, the weeding of the vineyard is mechanical and the fungicides used are exclusively realized with some Sulfur and some Copper.

Limitation of yield
In 2000, the mean yield of the AOC parcels was 42 hl/ha and of the VDP was 47 hl/ha. The goal of this voluntary limitation on the yield is to achieve a wine of superior quality. The yields are even lower than 30 hl/ha in our best parcels. These levels are much lower than the maximum allowed by the controling organizations. The threshold for AOC Corbières is 50 hl/ha and for VDP d’Oc is 90 hl /ha .
